Enhancement	Explanation/ Screen Prints
Create passwords for every computer	Passwords are going to help users to keep their work safe which will mean that no one is going to access their files apart from their self's and directors. Also this is going to stop people from outside the company sabotage the work or try it to leak to other company.
Install Antivirus	Installing PowerPoint is going to let people install different type of things that they will need. Before downloading these antivirus is going to scan the files if they contain any viruses or harmful links or worms. Also scheduling scan for certain time of the day and certain day of the week is going to let people know if their files and data are at the risk of loosing them. If the scans are going to be done everyday its going to give the confidence that their files are safe. If there is any kind of virus or worm it should be instantly fixed or reported to others.
Do all the work on google chrome word / PowerPoint	Doing all the work on google OneDrive is going to let people save their work with every change they make. This will make sure that the work is safe and if the computer fails or you loose internet connection the work is saved at all times. Also if you do something wrong and over save the work you can get the latest version of the work on OneDrive.
Configuring firewall	Configuring firewall is going to let people be safe in the internet as if they wont be able to access websites that are not protected. Many sites that don't have the padlock next to their website URL consider many different kind of viruses which will harm the computer and its data. Which would cause the data to be lost and never brought back. Which means the work will need to be done once more.
