All the tests have been taken to make sure that the systems meet client requirements. All the folders have been made and they have been named in the way the client wanted. This will make everything easier for the employees as they will know which folders they can access and what they need to work on.

Also 3 users on the computer have been created. Each one of them have certain rights to different folders and data. By creating different accounts and giving them different rights we will make sure that everyone keeps eyes on their work only and doesn't get curious about more important files that people that are trustworthy should be able to access so someone like director or manager. Everyone should have access to the general folder. Junior staff should have read only access to the policies and procedures and no access to the management folder and that has been completed. Managers should have read only access to the policies and procedures and the management folder. And directors have all access to all folders.

The background picture have been created in the paint. The picture contains the logo of the company. The background must be the same at all times.

One task has not been completed as if the shortcuts weren't working. There should be a optimization taken as if the apps that we wanted to shortcut on the desktop weren't downloaded on the computer. Which didn't allow us to find the app we were looking for. Also when downloading the app its better to install it straight on the desktop because when the shortcut is created manually sometimes it doesn't work because the location of the app cannot be found so its better to make the shortcut while installing the app on the computer. When the optimization is going to be complete everything is going to meet the client requirements and the computers should be ready to use.
